The record has extremely minimal light/faint surface marks/paper scuffs(hairline/superficial marks!). Both labels are clean and have the very faint spindle marks. Looks barely played. It grades excellent plus condition.
The unused poster has no rips or tears and grades near mint condition.
The main gatefold sleeve has no edge wear. The very faintest of corner wear, otherwise crisp corners. The very faintest of ring wear/rubbing marks. No splits. No tears. It grades near mint condition.
