Collection is available for all sold items (drop in anytime Monday to Friday 9.30am-4pm) from our warehouse:

Any questions will be answered during our 9am - 5pm office working hours Monday to Friday, please always contact us through eBay 'contact seller' messages first rather than telephoning or emailing us directly.

If you do have any problems with your purchase, please get in touch with us first before leaving feedback. We are a well respected non-profit charity seller, we list our items as accurately and honestly as we possibly can. We want our customers to be completely happy with their items and will always try to sort out any problems for you. Items listed as 'spares or repair' or as 'untested' are items that are faulty or simply that we can't test at our warehouse, so please bid accordingly. We recommend that electrical items are tested by a professional electrician. We do not have a 'buy it now' price on our auction style items, we will not end these auctions early. If an item is listed as 'collection only', this is because the item is oversize for Royal Mail or Parcelforce, too fragile for transit or that we do not have the time needed / resources to package the item. We will not send these items or package them for couriers.
UK Postage We will always try to combine UK postage within Royal Mail or Parcelforce's weight and price guides. We will send you an invoice after each purchase, if you do require combined postage please do not pay for any of your items until you have finished bidding. We're very happy to combine as many items as possible up to Parcelforce's heavy 25kg weight limit for just £7.50. This is not the best option for too many fragile / awkward shaped items packed together, but we are willing to try at your own risk. Parcelforce Zone 3 does not qualify for £7.50 48hr service, please contact us regarding shipping costs to:

Please note: Parcelforce classify the Channel Islands as an International destination. Whether our items are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, we always have to adhere to their size, weight and price guides. We always post as soon as possible, but please remember once your items are collected by Royal Mail or Parcelforce the delivery process is out of our hands and is up to these companies to provide a good service for you. We will use recycled packaging when possible, we keep our prices as low as possible and do not try to profit from delivery costs. Please also remember that eBay now takes a 10% commission fee from our p&p costs.
Payment & Collection Cash or card accepted on collection, paypal payment in advance of collection is fine too. We have a sorting room / donation point at this address, so please feel free to bring any donations with you. We can also take full advantage of any Gift Aid opportunities here to make your donations go further. Payment & collection within 7 days please. Paid items that are not collected within 4 weeks unless agreed will be relisted.
European and World customers For International shipping, we have enrolled in . We are no longer are responsible for the prices of International delivery, the prices quoted are eBay's prices and they themselves will combine shipping for you.
