Prior to dispatch all records will be professionally cleaned on a Loricraft PRC4 Record Cleaning Machine using a two-step system (unless requested otherwise). The first step uses the L'Art du Son cleaning fluid (which is non-alcohol based) and the second step is a distilled water rinse.  Records will then be placed in brand new poly-lined inner sleeves with the original inner sleeve included. 

All records are visually graded using the Record Collector grading system.

All 10" and 12" records will be sent in a purpose made cardboard mailer with two stiffeners.  The vinyl will be removed from its cover to prevent damage in transit.

Multiple 10" and 12" records will be sent in purpose made cruciform boxes.

All Shellac records will be sent boxed with additional bubble wrap protection.

All 7" records will be sent in purpose made cardboard mailers with one stiffener.

All boxed sets will be sent boxed with additional bubble wrap protection.
