The record has the very faintest of spindle marks. Looks barely played and grades excellent condition.
The stickered sleeve has no edge wear. Extremely minimal light corner wear(barely noticeable). There is some light yellowing/rubbing marks on both sides. Towards the right of Mark's signature there is some black ink marks(see picture). No tears or splits and the sleeve grades excellent condition.
