2- 33 LP RECORD - Jazz Bill Evans Paris Concert Edition 1&2 Vinyl Album -BOTH EX

During this past year, we were blessed to acquire (2) world class LP & 78 RPM 

record 

collections which we will be dispersing during the coming months on eBay.  This first group was collected by a former Nashville, TN area disc jockey during the 1960’s through the 1990’s.  This amazing group of vinyl comprises about 2500 different 33 & 45 RPM sides in an eclectic mix of rock, Psych, punk, Jazz, world music, folk, New Wave, Metal & spoken word.  

 

This lifelong collection of records was assembled by a discriminating, condition only, audiophile collector.  While, I can not play test these LPs because I do not own a turntable, I am happy to report that the vast majority of these albums remain in immaculate to near immaculate EX to NM condition—for the most part, clean shiny vinyl with little to no visual evidence of playware or scratching present, in near pristine jackets. 

 

Lucky for my eBay friends, the fastidious man who amassed this collection simply did not collect any wax that was not in really really nice condition!!  His modus operandi of collecting was to immediately commit the LP to tape or CD (& later to hard drive) and then to store the record in his 2 room collection, never to be handled again..  Hence, some of these records have a recording date written on the sleeve.  

 

His wife said that the records remained otherwise undisturbed & unplayed in his collection, as he played his music collection through cassette tapes, and later through CD's. 

 

Understanding that many LP record collectors do not use liquid cleaners, I have not cleaned any of these discs with any liquid cleaners or anything else for that matter.  Some were simply wiped will a dry micro fiber cloth.  Hence, some records will show some minor prints, dust & surface soiling.  We’ll allow the new owner to clean as they see fit.

 

I will not describe the jacket condition as a picture is worth a 1000 words in this realm.  If there are any seem splits, they will be noted.

 

Vinyl condition will be well described with the flaws well photoed.

Side 2- Has (1) 5/8" light scratch (as well shown in the final detail images) with no other scratches or flaws

Side 1- Has (3) scuffs/ scratches to the last song (as well shown in the final (1) detail images) with no other scratches or flaws

Next is Bill Evans "Paris Concert Edition 2" - Elektra / Musician Records 60311

Both sides of "Edition 2" are without flaws, marks or scratches.

Please do not confuse the dust for scratches or damage.  These are the ones you were wainting for.  

 

Probably the first time in 20 or 40 years that most of the vinyl from this estate collection has even seen the light of day!!

*The buyer is to prepay shipping/handling charges. Shipping insurance is included in the handling charge for all items over $50.

Please note that the photos are part of the description.  We will attempt to describe any significant flaws but the items we sell are old & vintage so some use & wear is present to many of them.  Please examine all photos closely and feel free to email with any questions you might have. 

Shipping has been estimated.  Cost of bubble wrap, box(es), tape and other supplies have been added into the shipping & handling charges.  If the estimated shipping cost is in excess of the actual charge with supplies, I will issue you a refund.  However, we under estimate the actual shipping charge for the vast majority of the items that we ship.

I guarantee everything I sell unconditionally if you are not satisfied. I do, however, require that the item be returned in no more than 14 days following arrival and be returned in original condition. I also request that you notify me by email within 3 days of receipt of item. I do want you to be satisfied. 

In the case of a return, we pay for shipping one way only.  All items are from a smoke free environment.
