The record has extremely light/faint superficial/hairline surface marks(barely noticeable). Extremely minimal light spindle marks and it grades near mint condition.
The sleeve has extremely minimal corner wear. There are some small light creases down the spine and a slightly larger light crease across the bottom right corner and a couple in the middle, near the opening edge. Extremely minimal light ring wear/rubbing marks(barely noticeable). No splits or tears and it grades excellent condition.
