Quality Records 10-inch 78 RPM record # 1692 is "Ballad of a Teenage Queen" and "Big River" by Johnny Cash and the Tennessee Two. It appears to be the Canadian release of the single that was originally recorded by Sun Records. The small print at the bottom of the label says "Manufactured by Quality Records, Ltd." And the disclaimer below the title and credits says "Recorded by Sun Record Co., Inc."

The record looks to be in about VG+ condition, still nice and shiny, but with a few light surface scuffs and scratches. It plays through without jumping or repeating on my Audio-Technica turntable, and not a lot of audible background noise. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment.
