THE SMITHS: Sheila Take A Bow / Is It Really So Strange (´87 / very rare orig. German issue / LINE 109 073 / notable fact: while in many cases the coloured vinyl pressings are more collectable than the "simple" black vinyl pressings, in this case things are quite different: there are several coloured vinyl pressings in existence (yellow, green, grey and probably even more), but in case of the German "Sheila Take A Bow" 7" by far the rarest version is the one you´ll find on offer here, the one with black vinyl / another notable fact: the German p/s has a slightly different colour to the U.K. picture sleeve, the colour of this p/s is more pink than red) CONDITION P/S: VG(-)
CONDITION VINYL: VG(-) DESCRIPTION: the p/s has several seam splits: a split of 1 cm length on the left side at the top, a split of 2 cm length on the left side in the middle, a split of 3 cm length on the right side and a slightly longer seam split at the bottom (5 cm length) / there are large places on the front p/s and on the A-side label, that have been overwritten in dark colours (most likely the address of a previous owner has been made unreadable that way) / the corners and the top of the p/s are somewhat bent, and there are 4 small tears into the top opening of the frontside (8 mm, 6 mm, 5 mm and 2 mm length) and two small tears into the top opening of the backside (4 mm and 2 mm length) / there´s another, but very small tear from the seam split at the bottom into the frontside of the p/s (only 3 mm length) / light ringwear / just like the p/s the record is also in a used condition, there are some small, fine hairlines and slight surface scratches on the vinyl / the B-side label is clean
