Delivery to outside Germany countries: US $ 20 (registered airmail; receiver has to sign for it)

Delivery inside germany: US $ 10 (insured package via DHL)

Delivery time from Germany to USA, Canada, Japan currently is around 7 to 10 days; rest of the world 10 or more. To some specific countries it may take much longer (feel free to ask)
