Very rare and hard to find 45 rpm single manufactured in Japan by Nippon Grammophon Co.

 - sleeve / sheet : EX- (some minor creasing; some age spots visual on back) / -

- vinyl : EX- (many minor surface lines on each side; still quite glossy looking surface; will play with moderate background noise)
