Please see pictures. This 45rpm record and picture sleeve by Elvis Presley, The King of Rock and Roll is titled: Old Shep/Paralysed. Released by RCA in England, RCA # 9334. The picture sleeve is in very good/very good plus condition. shows some wear. The record is in very good plus/near mint condition.
