This is a 12" disco record by The Bean Brothers. Amazing Synth heavy disco funk on "Feel The Groove". The other side has a Modern Soul track. Disc has a warp that doesn't affect play and light crackle but the music is loud and clear! My copy sounds cleaner than the one in this youtube clip:
