Please note that our items are graded by visual inspection only:

(M  Mint - Perfect. Never played, possibly even still sealed 
(M-) Near mint - A nearly perfect record. More than likely never been played, and the vinyl will play perfectly. The record should show no sign of wear   
(VG+) Very good plus - Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect listening experience        
(VG) Very good -Signs of wear and light scratches, surface noise will be evident, especially in soft passages, but will not overpower the music otherwise
(G+/G)- Good plus/good -  Can be played through without skipping but it will have significant surface noise, scratches                                                                                                                               
(P) - Poor - The record is cracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating                                                                                                                                   COLLECTION: We are always happy for buyers to collect their items. The shop is open Monday- Saturday and is located just outside of Hemel Hempstead HP1. Collection needs to be arranged 48 hours in advance, by Thursday 4pm for weekend collection.

All our items have been very kindly donated to Emmaus, Hertfordshire.  We sell thousands of second-hand items through our six shops in Hertfordshire and through our eBay shop.  All the funds generated by these sales go towards supporting homeless charity within Hertfordshire. Emmaus Hertfordshire provides 39 formerly homeless people with a stable home as well as meaningful work and training in our community and shops.

Payment & Postage:

Purchasing online: Payment available through Paypal and debit/ credit card. All items sold through our shop are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays, via Royal Mail and packaged as safely as possible. If you need the item urgently, please message us and we will see what we can do but we rely upon volunteers.

Collection only items:  Payment on collection can be via Paypal, debit/credit card or via cash and a receipt can be provided.  Viewings and collections are only available on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays 9.30am - 5pm and all from Emmaus, 559 London Road, Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead HP1 2RE unless a private viewing appointment has been arranged in advance.  Please message us for more details.
