It INCLUDES an ORIGINAL PLAYLIST STICKER & a PLAYLIST INSERT. The sticker has a complete list with the Apple logo and is stuck on a piece of the original shrink wrap - see pics
Vinyl ------- Record 1 is in Excellent Condition. Record 2 is VG+
The Cover is VG it is split about 2-3 inches & some blue has peeled off on the side - pictured
The Labels are all in NM Condition
The Dead Wax area has ---<| and it is Stamped STERLING.
