Van Halen Fair Warning 12" vinyl LP record HS 3540 WB protective sleeve always. This disc is so close to mint, and the cover has a small scuff/tear right under the "EN" in Halen. I have seen this record alot over the years, this is one of the best condition discs I've seen of van Halen fair trade. Well worth the price. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
