Black and gold super rare labels. Earliest cover with Angus McBean to very bottom right corner after the final 's'
Cover and vinyl have some wear as to be expected, but still a very attractive set. The details are:
The LABELS have some wear but there are no major blemishes and no names/writing. Side one label is strong and bright, side two a little more worn. Some of the Lennon/McCartney credits have been changed to Northern Songs, some have not. There is some debate about how many of each press were made but it's thought that this is the rarest, coming with the changed Northern Songs credits but just before Parlophone changed to the black and yellow labels which then lasted through the rest of the Beatles' time on the label.
The VINYL has a number of marks on both sides, some deeper than others, but as with most of these early 60s LPs, the grooves were cut so deep that most of them don't even register on the audio. It plays really well, sounding rich and crisp. There is some occasional light crackle and a couple of rare clicks, and there is one single stick on Misery. *Please ONLY bid if you understand and accept this.* Other wise it's a joy to listen to.

The EJ Day COVER is looking good, with wear to corners and edges as to be expected but very little creasing to laminate compared to most I have seen. The back flips to the rear show wear, there is an old tape stain, but tape is now gone. Flipbacks have an internal repair which works well and is unseen. Some light browning to rear but no serious stains. Name, address to rear, but at least it's neat. See photos, which form part of the description.
