Hello, and thank you for looking at our listing! Up for sale is a copy of the Billy Joel album The Stranger. This includes the jacket, record, and lyric sleeve stored in an acid-free polybag. There are no noticeable scratches on the vinyl, but there are some very very faint scuffs that do not noticeably impact sound. There is a small split on the bottom of the lyric sleeve.
Note: I am not a professional grader. Album is in overall good condition. I've attempted to capture any significant flaws in my photos. Please look at them carefully and let me know if you have any questions before purchasing.

When will my purchase ship?
We ship orders out in batches every few days. Please allow up to three business days for your item to be sent before contacting us about its status. It may take an additional day for tracking information to update on the ebay website. Our handling time is reflected in the delivery estimate you see in our listings.
If you cannot wait for your item then you may wish to order from a different seller.
Do you offer combined shipping? If you order multiple items from us, we can ship them together in a single package. After the order ships, we will be happy to refund the difference in shipping cost. Please contact us before making your first purchase to coordinate this.
Do you offer local pickup?
We only conduct business through ebay, and by shipping items through USPS, UPS and FedEx. We do not offer any in-person transactions or pickups at this time.
What is the condition of the item? We make an effort to list all notable flaws and blemishes on our items in the condition section of the listing, and show them in the photos. Please note that opinions of an item's condition can be subjective. We may consider a few light scratches on a disc as "good" condition, while you might not. We typically "under grade" items to prevent disappointment.
I'm having issues with an item I purchased -- what do I do?
Please message us before opening a return request, and let us know what kind of problem you are having. We may be able to help you. Please note that we do not offer refunds without the items being returned. We scan and mark all items before shipping, and any returns will be compared to our images on file.
Please make sure you have the correct video game system or computer operating system to correctly run a game before purchasing from us. Vintage computer games may not run correctly on modern computers. Games for the Xbox or PlayStation series of systems may not run on all models -- for example, some games for the original Xbox system (like Arctic Thunder) are NOT compatible with Xbox 360 or Xbox One. Please let us know if you have any questions before placing an order.
When will I receive my order? Our listings show an estimated delivery date before you purchase from us. Generally, if you live in the United States, an item sent to you by First Class Mail will take a week. An item sent by Priority Mail will take 3-4 days. Items sent by Media Mail may take up to two weeks. Please factor our handling time in to when you expect your item.
