 Printed and litho in Canada. Original Canadian mono front cover that mistakenly lists the four withdrawn songs: Solid Road, Let Me Die in My Footsteps, Gamblin' Willie, Talkin' John Birch Society Blues. The record plays great. 
Labels and back cover show the correct lineup, disc plays correct tracks.
