Pre-owned. I haven't tested them because I don't have a record player but I see no reason why they wouldn't work. The records themselves are very nice with only minor wear. The covers have wear marks, and some creasing. The sleeves are nice but not perfect. This is not my area of expertise so please use pictures to judge condition for yourself and don't hesitate to ask questions or for more pics.
