The record looks barely played and grades NM.
The insert has hardly any wear and grades EX.
The gatefold sleeve (with obi strip) has quite a lot of 'foxing' (brown ageing blemishes) on the front and back and also more on the inside. There is also foxing on the back of the Obi strip. No tears or splits. The cover would have been EX+ but due to all the foxing, it now grades VG+.
