Important information for Bidders…
STOP PRESS! Due to recent price increases levied by the United States Postal Service on ‘last mile’ foreign parcel deliveries, postal rates from Britain to the USA have increased by over 50%! However, by combining winnings into a package of over 7 - 10 inch records means we can offer great deals from non-Royal Mail/USPS providers like UPS and FedEx - for instance we can ship 12 records for just $12 more than the single record price. We strongly recommend US bidders to have us save their packages until at least 7 or 8 items can be shipped - we can reinvoice you less shipping until you reach the magic number.
We always combine the shipping costs on multiple items to save you money! We can ship 5 or 6 10-inch 78 rpm records in the UK for the same price as one and overseas savings can be substantial! If you win more than one item IGNORE eBay's automated invoice and wait for an invoice from us which will show the discounted shipping total.
We're also happy to hold items for a larger parcel provided they are paid for.
We now accept credit card payments direct, which means buyers in some countries (notably the USA) can bypass Ebay-imposed local sales taxes - email or message me for details on receipt of invoice BEFORE paying.
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE!! International shipping prices DO NOT include tracking or insurance! Please request a quote if required. The maximum compensation that Royal Mail will pay out for uninsured lost or damaged overseas parcels is £20 per parcel. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage in transit unless insurance to the full declared value of the items is taken - this adds about £5.50 to the shipping total. Please bear this in mind before paying for your item. Please also bear in mind that as of 1/1/21 we will have to declare the value of parcels shipped to the EU. We are happy to declare a figure of your choice, but please remember that compensation for any subsequent loss or damage will be restricted to the declared value.

GRADING. The international standard VJM Record Grading Code is used for all 78s and LPs - for the definitive guide to grading 78s and LPs and how to use the VJM grading system, visit the Vintage Jazz Mart website. The condition of all our items is Guaranteed and all Photographs and Paper material are original prints, not modern reproductions unless clearly stated. We ship Worldwide - Postage and Packaging charged at cost.
PACKING & SHIPPING. We professionally pack in custom-made heavy duty boxes - not a pizza box or one picked out of a supermarket trashpile - read our Feedback to see what real customers think about the quality of our packing! Multiple items are always combined, so the more you buy the cheaper the unit cost for shipping! We live in a remote rural community and only visit the Post Office once or twice a week, so parcels may take slightly longer to arrive.
We have been selling 78 rpm Records, Cylinders, Gramophones, Books, and other fragile items by post for over 40 years, with thousands of satisfied customers worldwide - see our Feedback and read what other customers say about our grading, packing and prompt shipping.
