I list all sealed albums as “Mint” (M) for the record as it is factory sealed and never played. I list all jackets/sleeves as “Near Mint” (NM / M-) as shelf and shipping wear is very common and there may be light ring wear, very small tears in shrink wrap, or very small turn up on the corners; if there is anything more than what I just listed, I will take additional pics of what it looks like and sell it rated as less than “Near Mint.”

That being said, if you look at the pics you will see, the edges and corners are super clean and the jacket should be listed as "Mint" (but I will never grade a jacket as that). The only thing not factory on this album is the theft tag under the UPC code, it is on the factory shrink and NOT on the album jacket. 

Breakdown of the $5.00 shipping cost. Shipping for all single and most double LP’s is $3.45 for media mail prices. All albums are mailed in new cardboard LP mailers with new cardboard padding on both sides of the album; this increases the cost of shipping. New packaging material is used to ensure the greatest probability of the album(s) arriving damage free.
