2) due to the actual situation, postal services have reduced their capacities (mainly overseas), so everything is extremely slow, even if it's Air Mail! As soon as I mail your item, you'll get a tracking number - but please be patient, there's NOTHING I can do about the slowness of the postal services involved! I've sent parcels that were not trackable for several weeks and then showed up out of nowhere ... 

Please allow 8 - 16 weeks of delivery; mainly for the USA and Canada!! I'm into the mailorder business more than 30 years ago and my goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so I have no intention to cheat anyone ... !!

3) my items are sent from Switzerland (the country with the highest postal taxes in the world) and since we're not part of the Europan Community or other communities, everything passes the customs - so maybe you have to pay import taxes ...
