2019 La Mesnie Harlequin Records, France. Complete with patch and postcards. Very very rare and hard to find. This edition has a "worn-looking" innersleeve. It looks pretty wrinkled, but that was done on purpose. Since I already had a version with smooth inner sleeve, so there are at least 2 versions of this record.
