THE INNER BOOKLET IS COMPLETE BUT HAS COME LOOSE FROM THE BINDING. THE RECORD IS VG++ WITH SOME VERY LIGHT MARKS. COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL INNER CAPITOL SLEEVE.
