If I was grading this as just a record alone, it would be VG- As for the sound I would call it VG. The Record by itself is rare and valuable but with the autograph it is just an incredible find! This will look absolutely amazing framed! And if you choose to keep it in the sleeve on your shelf it sounds amazing played!
