The record has the very lightest/faintest of superficial/hairline surface marks and it grades VG+ to EX.
The stickered sleeve has a very small corner bump on the top left corner. Very light corner wear on the bottom two corners. There is a very small light crease on the top opening edge. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks with some minor staining near the bottom right corner on the back and it grades EX.
