Capitol 10-inch 33 RPM LP # H-488 is "Songs for Young Lovers" by Frank Sinatra, accompanied by Nelson Riddle. It is undated.
It looks to be in about VG to VG+ condition, still nice and shiny, but a few light surface scuffs and scratches. It plays through fine on my Audio-Technica turntable, with no skips or jumps, but some lightly audible background noise, including some scattered clicks and pops and ticking. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment. 
The cover is in lightly used and worn condition, with the top and bottom seams both starting to split at the open ends, as well as some typical light surface rubbing and edge wear. The front paste-on illustration, however, apart from a small sticker at the top, is about as shiny and vibrant as any that I've seen. As found, it has no inner sleeve.
