WW1 ‘ACTUAL GAS SHELL BOMBARDMENT‘ 1918 HMV 78 - ONLY AUTHENTIC SOUNDS OF WW1!

This is a clean EE+ copy of the Historic ‘ACTUAL RECORDING OF THE GAS SHELL BOMBARDMENT by the ROYAL GARRISON ARTILLERY’ 12” 1-sided HMV 78 Record, made by top HMV Engineer Will Gaisberg on 8th October 1918 near Lille - the only authentic recording of the sound of the First World War; all the films you see OF WW1 have later dubbed-on sound. The record was rushed into production before the Armistice but Gaisberg did not live to see it issued; he contracted influenza and died shortly after. There are several versions of this record on Youtube but nothing beats the real thing!
