There is a promo sticker on the back so I can only assume this is a promo...

The sleeve has some wear (small creases, ringing and few scuffs on the edges) - the spine is clearly readable.The disc is near mint - hasn't been played much at all and the sound is very bright. Side A has very few light surface marks, but Side B has no marks at all so overall I'm grading it NM.
