Sleeve is GD/FR - the box sleeve has been squashed pretty much flat, but there is no ringing. The edges and corners are worn, but the spine is fully readable. There is a faint indentation on the front where someone has written 'Black Sabbath'. On the inside of the lid, someone has written 'B232' in pen.  The inner is worn, slightly yellowed with some folds and some more writing, but otherwise intact (GD/FR). The disc has a lot of surface marks resulting in surface noise, but this gets a bit better as the record goes on. Children of the Grave plays reasonably well. Side B is a bit better than side A. No jumps or major pops as far as I can tell, but surface noise is considerable albeit tolerable (Fair). I haven't listened to it all.
