David Bowie was a legendary cultural chameleon throughout his long and colorful career and always ahead of his time and that’s why I'm listing several of his LP's for Auction. This 180 Gram Audiophile vinyl LP is called “The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars” and is the fifth studio album by English musician David Bowie, released in 1972. It features Bowie's backing band the Spiders from Mars, comprising Mick Ronson, Trevor Bolder and Mick Woodmansey. This album is described as a loose concept album and rock opera, Ziggy Stardust concerns Bowie's titular alter ego Ziggy Stardust, a fictional androgynous and bisexual rock star who is sent to Earth as a saviour before an impending apocalyptic disaster. The first single from this album was "Starman", which Bowie performed on Britain's Top of the Pops and propelled him to stardom. Other great songs on here are    "Moonage Daydream" , "Lady Stardust"  , "Ziggy Stardust” , "Suffragette City"  and "Rock 'n' Roll Suicide"  !

The Cover and Insert are Excellent condition(see pictures), The Vinyl is in Near Mint condition on one side and Excellent condition on the other side(few tiny light sleeve scuffs, but no scratches)!
