Hi. I'm selling a factory-sealed, limited edition, Hot Topic Exclusive, red colored vinyl release of the album Babylon by Matt Skiba and the Sekrets. This LP was hand numbered with red ink in the lower left back corner and limited to only 666 copies. As shown in the photographs, this record is number 70/666.

This edition was available only at Hot Topic in 2012. It’s out of print (OOP) and hard to find. This particular copy is still factory sealed, with a security tag on the back of the shrink-wrap.

   --Grading for sleeve: NM/M- The jacket looks really great. I graded the sleeve as NM/M- because there are very very slight bumps on the corners of the sleeve from shipping, stocking, or handling before I bought it. Please see photos, quarter is shown for scale.

--Storage: This record has been stored upright in a climate-controlled, smoke free environment since its original purchase a decade ago. It has been handled sparingly and always with care.

--Shipping: To make sure this record arrives in your hands safe and sound, I will secure it in standard mailer with cardboard padding, then package that mailer in a larger box, padded with bubble-wrap and packing paper. The larger box will be marked as fragile, sent out within 3 days of payment (sometimes sooner), and insured for the final price of the item if shipped domestically.

Matthew Thomas Skiba (born February 24, 1976) is an American musician, singer and songwriter, known for his role as the founding lead vocalist and guitarist for Alkaline Trio and was the guitarist and co-lead vocalist of the band Blink-182 from 2015 to 2022. Skiba's lyrical content commonly involves dark romantic themes.

Alkaline Trio formed in 1996 with Skiba as the frontman. Since then, the band has released nine full-length albums over two decades. Skiba also recorded albums with side projects including Heavens and the Hell, as well as two full-length solo albums with his backing band, the Sekrets.

Following Tom DeLonge's second departure from Blink-182 in early 2015, Skiba was hired as their touring guitarist for three shows and then became an official member later that year; he recorded two albums with the band before DeLonge returned in 2022.

Skiba's second full-length solo album, Babylon, was released on May 8, 2012. The album features Skiba leading a band called Matt Skiba and the Sekrets; the backing band includes AFI bassist Hunter Burgan, and former touring drummer for My Chemical Romance Jarrod Alexander. "Voices" impacted radio on May 1, 2012.
