The Phantom Of The Opera Cast Recording 1987 Polydor 831 273-1 Y-2 Vinyl LP -EXCELLENT- Please read details and watch Video!!!

This is a rare copy of The Phantom of the Opera vinyl LP from Polydor Records which was released in 1987. This is performed with the London Cast featuring Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman. This is a 2-Record album. There is a Hype sticker on the front showing more details about this album and there is an American flag at the top right corner of the album cover. The booklet is included and is in Near Mint condition. This is a gatefold album.

The records are both in excellent condition with no scratches HOWEVER there is a slight wobble when both of the records are played. The records both sound great despite this slight wobble and I took a video to demonstrate this issue so that someone could see for themselves if this issue is considered acceptable. There is a very small, faint blemish on one side that does not affect the play of the record. The records both play very well with no skips and no pops. There is an OCCASIONAL low-level crackle but it is very rare and is very low in volume when it does occur - It is almost not worth mentioning the crackle but I always want to give as much detail as possible. I am very particular when I listen to and describe the items for sale, and overall I think someone would be very pleased with the performance of these records.

The inner paper sleeves are in excellent shape with just one tear at top corner of one side which is shown in the photos. I have taken photos of both sides of each sleeve. The album cover jacket has the original cellophane plastic still on it, so it has been protected very well. There is very minor ring wear noticed on the back. This is the gatefold version but since the cellophane is still on it, I cannot see the inside, but would assume it is perfect.
