Original USA import album............acquired from a closed independent record shop who kindly sold me their small amount of left over punk related stock.

This seminal first greatest hits album from the mighty D.O.A, re released as a luxury Picture Disc in a limited edition.

The mad energy captured by D.OA in the studio made this album a mainstay on my turntable as a snotty teen, it's an awesome album and it has to rank as one of THE BEST punk collections of all time.

Pressed on quality picture disc vinyl it's still an essential purchase, issued in a standard pvc sleeve with no stickers or inlay was a tad lazy.

However the music is the most important thing and in this case that more than makes up for it......the classics SLUMLORD, UNKNOWN, SMASH THE STATE and 001 LOSERS CLUB sit well alongside WORLD WAR THREE, THE PRISONER and F**KED UP RONNIE, It sounds like all the tracks were recorded at the same time in the same studio session......Yes - it's that good.!

This is one D.O.A album you 'MUST' own, if you wanna know where Canadian Hardcore was born this is the seed it germinated from D.O.A were at its very inception and led the charge, testament to a truly revolutionary band and that's why Joey and the boys are still making great music to this day and are sounding even better than ever.
