This privately pressed 12-inch 33 RPM LP # 40730 is "Don Doane Downeast" by Don Doane and his jazz band, recorded live at the Bridgeway Restaurant in South Portland, Maine. It is undated, and was recorded by Lee Quimby, of Century Custom Records. The back cover appears to contain Don Doane's signature in a handwritten presentation that reads: "To Jim Metzger, a fine friend and good golfer. Sincerely, Don Doane."
The record looks to be in about VG+ condition, still nice and shiny, but a few light surface scuffs and scratches. It plays through fine on my Audio-Technica turntable, with no skips or jumps, but some lightly audible background noise, including some occasional clicks and pops and ticking. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well they will play on your equipment. 
The cover is in solid and functional condition, with the seams intact but some surface rubbing and edge wear. It comes with a plain white inner sleeve.
