PAYMENTS Payments must be received within 4 business days after close of auction and within 1 day of a buy it now or a  non-paying bidder case will be opened - and nobody wants that.              We accept PayPal for online sales - we accept cash, debit or credit cards or PayPal for in-store payments. 
   Sales tax is applicable to Illinois residents and any State that charges internet taxes If you have a resale state tax ID # in the State of Illinois please let us know prior to paying.  
SHIPPING
We mostly use the US Postal Service, We also use UPS.  We do our best to keep your shipping costs at a minimum. 
Most of our sales use the eBay Shipping Calculator to generate a shipping price to your zip code.   Insurance is included for all packages regardless of carrier.  We will only ship to the PayPal registered address associated with the eBay account being used. We do our best to combine shipping costs for multiple purchases - feel free to request a combined invoice.  Some (but not all) of our listings will have International Shipping available via eBay Global Ship. Not all Countries are included.  UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APOs. No exceptions. Please supply a physical address for delivery. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories are subject to increases costs. Most items over $250 will be shipped with Signature Delivery Confirmation. If you prefer Signature Delivery, let us know.  We ship Monday through Saturday. Items with payments received on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.
Tracking numbers are immediately sent to you the moment the label is printed. 
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed with the appropriate carrier for you to receive compensation - we are happy to file the claim.  You should keep all of the packaging material and boxes for a shipping claim and contact us immediately.&;
IN STORE PICKUP
There is no charge to pick up your item locally, however, you must notify us & eBay that you plan on picking it up via the auction details/invoice. If you receive an invoice with a shipping charge and plan on picking up, just let us know and we will adjust the invoice. We accept PayPal prior to pick-up, cash or credit card payments only. Please bring a valid ID confirmation and your eBay item number for quicker service. Illinois residents will be required to pay Illinois sales tax upon pickup. Once paid, the item will be marked as such. 

RETURNS
Most of our items have 30 days free returns. If you choose to return an item, just start the return process and a label will be sent to you. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives non functioning, then a claim must be filed (see "Shipping damage" section above).
