This is a very nice version of a true classic of Northern Soul, The Blossoms, That's When The Tears Start / Good, Good Lovin' Reprise 0436 / HX 3890-91. As noted, the record is clearly well-played overall, but the two sides diverge a bit in terms of condition, with That's When the Tears Start definitely being the better side in terms of both look and, more importantly, sound.
