The record plays with a lovely blues rock sound with the Wah Wah pedal to the fore.
This is a first UK pressing on the Black Liberty label with blue & yellow flashing and The Statue of LIberty.
It is pressed on original 1971 heavyweight vinyl.
This is an original 1971 FIRST pressing with LBG 83401 A-1U & LBG 83401 B-1U matrix marks.
Pressed with early mothers stampers 1 O and 1 GD.
COVER. This is the original fully laminated gatefold cover Printed and made by E.J. Day Group, London and Bedford.
With a solid fully legible spine with only some light rubbing on the corners. Absolutely nothing serious. The top and bottom edges are straight and true.
The opening is still sharp. There is no laminate lift and only a trace of ringwear to the rear.
The gatefold is in great condition with only a couple of minor laminate lines.
VINYL. Side one plays noiselessly, NO crackle NO pops NO tics NO background NO repeats NO jumps.
It plays just as it left the factory. It sounds that good. Crystal clear from start to finish.
Side two has ONE bit of very short lived crackle. Not really surprising on a record that is now over 50 years of age.
VISUALLY. Lovely sheen with just the odd NON SOUNDING wispy trail.
LABELS. Beautiful as seen in the photos.
Will come with a NAGAOKA anti static inner sleeve
I PLAY ALL MY RECORDS IN THEIR ENTIRETY AND DO NOT GUESS AS TO HOW THEY SOUND.
