I am still learning ratings for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Good Plus to Excellent -Minor Dings on the corners, slight staining on I on the front cover.
Sleeve - the sleeve has some staining on the front and back. See images above.
Vinyl Looks Excellent - I am not comfortable with giving a record mint or near mint as I am still learning but this record looks as if it has never been played. Fabulous condition.
