This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I am not sure how these ratings go for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Very Good to Very Good Plus  -minor corner dings and signs of wear on the edges - Top right corner has a notch cut out of it
Sleeve - the sleeve looks to be in good shape   Vinyl Looks Very Good + or Excellent - I am not comfortable with giving a record mint or near mint as I am still learning but this record looks as if it has never been played. Fabulous condition.
