UK SUBS - DIMINISHED RESPONSIBILITY - GEM ORIGINAL 1980 RED VINYL ALBUM + LYRIC INNER SLEEVE.

Fantastic and essential album from one of if not the longest surviving and menacing punk band's of all time.

The Subs really didn't care they were among the earliest in the first wave of British punk bands.

Formed in 1976, the mainstay of the band has been vocalist Charlie Harper, he was originally a singer in Britain's R&B scene, got inspired when he discovered punk rock and the rest as they say is history.

Charlie has achieved his ambition to release an album for every letter of the alphabet and despite getting to complete this massive goal he has simply kept on going, Charlie your a punk rock legend my friend, I owe you a pint.!

This Subs album from 1981 is one of the best of the early albums in my opinion and stands up as a cornerstone in the Subs evolution plus it features some classic and essential punk tracks you simply MUST OWN.!, Collision Cult, Violent City and You Don't Belong really stand out.

Sleeve is in good condition for its age as is the thinner lyric inner sleeve, bit of storage wear to both but a good solid copy all round, the album is pressed on lush red vinyl which is excellent and looks barely played,......this is a real GEM of a album, pardon the pun.

Item acquired within a large private punk collection I bought recently, lots more to list in the coming months so keep checking my listings.
