Flea Market find in the early 2000's.
Not based on my research, but information provided by a friendly spectator, this is indeed a reissue.
Unfortunately, the only pieces of the album are the cover and record. No inner sleeves or other inserts.
However, of the two items that do exist, their conditions are definitely in the very good to great range (without using any specific grading terminology, lol).
Besides a couple of barely visible hair line scratches, the record is in great condition. Labels look good, no marks, scuffs, or valleys.
The cover has a minimal amount of ware. No scratches, tares, rips, bends, writing, or alien marks.
