Light wear from age, use and storage. There is some scuffing on the front and back. No bends or creases. The inner sleeve has a split on the bottom. The album has a couple of minor scuffs. Otherwise I would say it is Excellent. See photos for best description. Came out of my personal collection.
The album will be shipped in a new inner sleeve, so as not to damage the original sleeve any more. And a clear protective outer sleeve and packed in a record mailer.
