Im Rahmen eines Broadcasts für Kqed-tv entstanden diese Aufnahmen in San Francisco am 30. August 1970. Zum Dead-Auftritt mit seinen 5 Tracks kommen noch zwei von Boz Scaggs und drei von Linda Ronstadt denen der Broadcast auch jeweils eine Live-Kurz-Portrait widmen wollte. Die LP kommt als 180 Gr. Vinyl in schwarz!
