BOW BOW WOW - DEBUT ALBUM - NETHERLANDS IMPORT ISSUE - DIFFERENT SLEEVE.

Fantastic Debut album from one of the most dynamic and exciting punk band's of all time.

Bow Wow Wow were created by manager Malcolm McLaren in 1980, McLaren stole members of Adam and the Ants to form the core band with then 13-year-old Annabella Lwin on lead vocals.

They released their debut E.P. Your Cassette Pet in 1980, and had their first UK top 10 hit with "Go Wild In The Country " in 1982.

The band's music was characterized by a danceable tribal sound that drew on a Burundi Beat provided by Dave Barbarossa on drums, as well as (encouraged by McLaren) the subversive, suggestive, sexy and sometimes exuberant lyrics sung and chanted by their teenage lead vocalist.

This Netherlands import issue is in excellent condition throughout both sleeve and record which looks minimally played the sleeve features a totally different design to its UK counterpart.

This Item was acquired within a large private punk collection I bought recently, lots more to list in the coming months so keep checking my listings.

An absolute must have Bow wow wow collectors item for any serious Punk rock collector.
