Not in mint new condition ( excellent ) 
This record has been used and handled , 
Please note :- It has not been test played, so I have no idea of its quality in playback.
The overall quality of the vinyl is very good with no major marks or scratches ( there may be some very light scuffs or marks ) It may well benifit from a proffesional clean as i doubt it has been played for many years
I have not cleaned or touched the record apart from to photograph it.
obviously it has other expected signs of age, handling and storage at varying degrees of wear , discolouration etc. the same can be said for the record sleves as well .

Part of my Fathers large collection of records it has not been listened to or played for decades, just being in storage on shelves.
