INFO : Their 5th album (following 'Remain In Light') ... their first after parting ways with Brian Eno and no Adrian Belew here either. Falling just short of classic status there's plenty of strong tracks here (the iconic "Burning Down the House" and "This Must Be the Place" as well as "Girlfiend Is Better", "Slippery People" etc) that give this a 4 star rating. Less quirky and experimental than previous material it still stands up as a very solid outing as Byrne takes a more stable and wider appealing approach having a heap of fun along the way. TRACKS : ... see 2nd pic above. CONDITION : VINYL : Shines like new both sides and appears un-played. No spindle traces and Near Mint easily and impossible to fault. Difficult to find a cleaner 1st pressing these days I imagine. LABELS : SLEEVE : Perfect.
