This LP is from a Nashville, TN area DJ's collection that we have in climate controlled storage and have been selling out for a couple of years..he was known to collect a record, commit it to CD or hard drive and then store it away otherwise unplayed..

Has been freshly ultrasonic cleaned with Tergikleen!!
Please read about what this (above) cleaning method does for a record's sound separation, sonic depth, crispness, clarity & sound stage presence..it sounds about brand new!!

Both LP sides have been 100% PLAY TESTED (now two times on each side) with our Technics SL 1200 with (1 year old) Ortofon 2m Silver Cartridge for solid NM/EX

Both sides play much like new with no real ticks or crackles discerned.. 
no hiss or back ground noise at all..... 
Really, this record sounds about like it was teleported from a 1989 record store!!


Even the dead wax has practically no crackles at all!
If it was ever played, it was played very sparingly indeed!!  

Of course, the music has crystalline clarity with no hiss, no staticy sound and no back ground noise. 
By the spindles, each side appears to have Never Been Played, each side... 

Visually, there a few light paper scuffs to the vinyl on one side, which do not sound at all!!
 






The condition of the cover is clearly shown........
(1) 1" (top) seam split.. has radio station markings and the glued on Cut Card..
Wow, just a super clean sounding example of this rare record, in all respects!!! 

The worst flaws are all shown..
