Pharrell Williams - In My Mind IVC Limited Edition /3000 Vinyl Record PRESALE
Will ship in December. Will update shipping info once I have it.
Thank you very much for viewing this listing and please let me know if you have any questions!!
It seems almost shocking that Pharrell Williams – the singer, rapper, songwriter, producer, and musical polymath extraordinaire – hadn’t released a solo album until his star-studded 2006 debut In My Mind. With a Titanic-size catalog of hits already under his belt as part of the Neptunes, N.E.R.D. and solo productions, Pharrell enlists everyone from Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg and Gwen Stefani to Kanye West, Nelly and Pusha T for a set of songs that bounces from, to quote Rolling Stone, “jazz-inflected minimalism (‘Can I Have It Like That’), hooky synth-bounce (‘Angel’) or low-end funk (the great ‘Raspy Shit’).”
As the title suggests, Williams unloads a lifetime of mental joy and pain onto the album, as he joyously celebrates his success one minute while, like on album highlight “Best Friend,” reveals some of his most personal, poignant moments. The album earned a Best Rap Album nomination at the Grammys and still contains some of Williams’ catchiest hits.
This 2LP, one-time pressing features a gatefold jacket for the first time as well as opaque baby blue and opaque orchid vinyl, alternate front, back, and internal art, custom printed sleeves (inside and out), and a bonus lithograph photo of Pharrell. It is individually numbered and limited to 3,000 units globally.
